I indicated to Joan Nagatomo that she is better than the best. Joan corrected Affordable Implants and Dentures botched implant. I went to Affordable Implants and Dentures, they started my implant, extracted the tooth, then abandoned me in mid-treatment saying that they do not do jobs that require a surgical guide. I asked why they started the job if they knew they would not finish it. When I asked for a copy of their records on me I found that they significantly falsified, mislead, and lied in their records of me after they dumped me mid treatment, which is illegal. Affordable Implants & Dentures then sent me 5 legal letters. Joan corrected it all using better materials and methods. Joan is a glacially slow at numbing injections, making them painless. All of Joan's work was next to painless.

Dr Nagatomo is excellent, knowledgeable and patiently answers all questions. I have been a patient at this office for many years. Best dental service for cleaning and evaluations up to removal and implants. Recommend highly, 5-stars!

The whole staff are S. The front desk staff know how to help your problem. Dr. Nagatomo and her assistants know their stuff without asking. Dr. Nagatomo knows what your problem is and probably has done thousands of dental procedures. She will knock you out so there is no pain. She worked on my surgery and got it! She is the best!! Thank you!!!

My family and I have been coming to see Dr. Nagatomo and Dr. Wang since they moved into their Shoreline offices. Both Dr. Nagatomo and Dr. Wang are absolutely METICULOUS, and I have had quite a bit of work done to support this statement. Most recently, I had to get a crown, and Dr. Wang not only did a beautiful job with this, but she also fixed an issue I was having with a neighboring tooth at the same time. On top of this, Dr. Wang and Dr. Nagatomo are so kind and genuinely interested in their patients. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care!

I highly recommend Dr. Nagatomo for gum graft procedures. She has excellent care, attention to detail and took plenty of time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained procedures along with excellent advice for home oral care. I was in need of gum recession repair and am extremely happy with the gum graft results which look completely natural and healthy after my surgery. Her staff was wonderful to work with as well.
